Resigned in capGemini

Yes ... the journey which started long back on 21st July 2006 almost came to an end after 3 yrs 4 months. I resigned in capGemini.

Last week was fully dramatic. Attended HCL interview on Saturday - the first one to attend after deciding to quit capGemini. Underwent 2 rounds of technical interiview followed by HR. I was confident that I'll make it, and kept my fingers crossed waiting for official communication. As expected, I got an offer letter on Tuesday asking me to come and join on or before Dec 14th in Chennai.

Also, to make things more intersting, it was appraisal time in capG and 1-on-1 with supervisor is pending. Initially it was scheduled on wednesday and later postponed to thursday. And, it was on Thursday that I resigned during 1-on-1 and made an official entry in the capG system on Friday morning.

As of now, I'm waiting for my relieving date and thinking of draftig the "Last day in capGemini" mail. Of course, the other thing dancing in my mind is Tamil language. May god bless these Tamil people as I'll start attacking them with my tamil language right from Day 1.
