Before starting this blog, first of all, let me introduce Ajay Kumar Sendhil. Chennai vachaka peru marchkunnanu. Nenu ee name ki fix ayyanu ... meeru kooda fix avvandi - atleast as long as I stay in Chennai.

Personally, 2009 didnt offer anything great or special to me. Instead, it was a disappointing year - especially the 2nd half ... I didnt like it, but at the same time, I was not allowed to change things. Professionally, entire year was routine except on the 348th day of the year - on 14th December. I joined HCL Technologies, Chennai on 14th December. I mentioned in my earlier blogs about my routine and monotonous life in hyderabad. Unlike in Hyderabad, every moment is exciting, different and challenging here in Chennai. I think this will continue for few more months till I learn Tamil.

Till Christmas, I stayed in Anna Nagar Office Guest House. It was very near to my Office (in Ambattur). Hardly, it took 15 mins from there. Now, I'm staying in Tiruvanmayur with wizard darling. While talking with Tamilians, I am managing with the most frequent words which I know. If the response from the other side is part of the words which I knew, situation is under control and I understand what they mean. But, in return, if they start conversation, my dialog is "Inakku Tamil Teriyaadu". That's it - conversation ends. Of course, I started learning new words from my office colleagues. One day I was waiting in a bus stop. One elderly old man, might be around 60 to 70 years came to me and asked something like "Money Editchu". This 'Editchu' is not in my list of known words. Even now, I dont know if it is Editchu or something else. But, I concluded that he was asking for money and then I was taking money from my pocket. It was at that time, he gave a "look" - I'll remember his look in my entire life. Then he started looking my left wrist. Then I recollected that Mani means 'time' in Tamil. He asked time and i thought he asked for money - hahhaha.

Hmmm ... now about food....

Adi ikkada situation - naku plate lo puri petti - aa puri kanipinchakunda dani meeda motham sambar posesadu !!! Tine mundu tittukunna vadini ..."Evadanna Idly, Dosa lo sambar posukuntadu - veedu puri lo #$%^@$^%^" ani. (Dont confuse - its censored ...sambar posina vadini telugu lo tittukunna). But, nijam cheppalante taste bagundi. Meeru kooda try cheyandi. But, sambar taste keka, thopu ani anpinchinapppudu try cheyandi. Veediki appude tamil pichi pattindi anukovaddu - but try once !!!

Anyhow, I'll get used to these conditions, people and language very soon. I can see 2010 filled with such excitements and shockers. Hope I'll write a blog in Tamil very soon. In the mean time, it will be hard time for people dealing with me ... bear with me !!!

My Solution to Separate State Issue

Over the past few days, it is evident that the Separate State Issue is hitting the headlines and protests were seen across the Telangana Districts. Some say that this issue is prevailing over the past few decades and again it took a new dimension over the last decade with TRS.

I dont know if this materializes or not - but I have a solution for this !!! How about doing like this and assign the CM's as below:

Region 1:

Srikakulam, Vijayanagaram, Vizag
CM: Botsa Satyanarayana

Region 2:

E.Godavari, W.Godavari, Krishna
CM: Chiranjeevi

Region 3:

Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore
CM: Rosaiah

Region 4:

Rayalaseema
CM: Chandrababu/Jagan

Region 5:

Telangana
CM: KCR

Note: CM's are assigned as per their native place.

Last month, while going to Tirumala from Alipiri by walk, i found this Board.

Bye Dr. Love

Dont be surprised to know that I'm a fan of a RJ. RJ ki kooda fans untara ra ani adagaddu!!! Coming to the point, Sowmya alias Dr. Love in Radio Mirchi 98.3 is the best ever I listened.
Now, the bad thing is that she is no more Dr. Love in 98.3. After working for more than 3 yrs, she decided to choose her personal life to professional life.

Actually, when I started listening FM, I was impressed with her voice. I didnt knew who she was, how she looks - all I knew was her sweet voice. Days passed and I started listening her 'Dr. love' frequently. Dr. Love starts @ 11 pm and ends @ 1 am daily. My nocturnal timing matched her show timing. Also, she became part of my professional life. There were many instances when I worked late night in capGemini. On most of the nights, she accompanied me with her voice and cute songs along with her love tips while I was working.

Next Friday (11th Dec) will be my last day in capGemini. Yesterday (4th) was her last day in Radio Mirchi. I was shocked to listen her saying that it will be her last show. Anyhow, have a nice time baby and wishing you a happy married life !!!
